Nh Maastricht Hotel

The staff is very friendly and absolutely customer-oriented. We had supposedly left something in the room, called on the way. It came then some time later the recall, that nothing was found. In the meantime, we had discovered the object next to the car seat, he had probably dropped in the evening when disembarking.

There was no free bottle of water in the room.

At the restaurant, the breakfast was extensive and healthy with local sweets. The location was peaceful and best possible - ease of access to European Fine Art Fair. Loved our stay at the hotel and would return here.

Large room. An excellent breakfast and helpful and always friendly staff.

It was very quiet and I enjoyed the view.

The bed in the room was a separated one which was put together side by side. Not good for couple/lovers.

I enjoyed two nights here and loved the spacious room and tasty breakfast buffet. The wellness area had a great sauna and steam room for ultimate relaxation. Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

entering a bathtub to take a shower. bad for older people. the entrecôte steak was very bad, but was immediately compensated by a great cheese platter plus wine at the expense of the house.

Friendly staff particularly the young man in the bar/restaurant area-he couldn't have been more attentive.

Having to wait at reception to provide detailed information most of which was already available when I had booked on line. Your web site indicates payment would be made at the end of my stay but credit card given to confirm booking was immediately charged with the full amount (it was a flexible booking ).I would have preferred to pay in Euros at the end of the stay thus avoiding 2% credit card charge on currency conversion by the card provider.

The basic double room was bright and clean. The location was super handy for exploring. The bus stop right outside made getting around easy.

Breakfast was very good, large selection of everything. Service was fast and friendly. Thankfully no carpet in the room.

Hotel is a bit old. Entrance doors to the room are outdated.

It was a great location not far from Maastricht for the Andre Rieu concert on July 2019, a decent restaurant to eat in and sightseeing in the City.

Can recommend for a momentary pause

Comfortable room, quiet environment, where I enjoyed friendly staff who provided excellent breakfast options with plenty of choices, making my stay very relaxing.

The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, perfect for fueling up before exploring the city. I appreciated the convenient location near the convention center. Make sure to check for parking options to save on fees!

Bathroom could use modern updates for comfort.
